Patience is a Virtue
I'm really sick of the complete lack of patience displayed
constantly here. That's what's wrong with society
today. We're completely predisposed to 'instant
gratification'. ESCPECIALLY on the internet. With
the advent of today's faster and faster network technology,
we're used to 'point-click-done', and apparently
people are expecting the same type of response on 'relationship'
and 'sex' sites like this.
You have to realize, that no matter how good the technology
is, you're dealing with a PERSON on the other end. There
are a plethora of psychological elements involved. Your
wants, needs, and expectations VS. theirs. It's never
going to be easy. You're going to have to actually build
a 'relationship'. Even if it's a no games,
no drama, no strings attached, meaningless, purely sexual
'relationship'. It still is what it is, and you
still have to put some kind of effort into it. No woman is
going to want to sleep with a man she knows absolutely NOTHING
about. There has to be some kind of compatibility, even
if it's on a base sexual level.
